Excellent breakfast with so many choices. Nice onsen; maybe a little bit low temperature for me, but I am guessing many non-Japanese will like that.

子供向けの施設を謳っているだけあって、夏休みは子供連れで賑わっていました。 子供連れには良いのかもしれませんが、チェックイン待ちのロビーが子供だらけで、うるさい。 フリーの待機スペースで、アルコールもフリーで飲めるのはありがたかったけど、ここも子供だらけでゆっくりできない。 せめて子連れスペース、そうでない方向けのスペースを分けて欲しい。 小さな子供のいる家族には良いホテルでしたが、大人向けではなかったかな。 施設はとても良かっただけに、ちょっと残念に感じました。

お食事のビュッフェは種類も豊富で和洋折衷どれをとっても美味しかったです。オールインクルーシブで安心してアルコールも楽しめました。お風呂もリノベーションされて綺麗で良かったです。アクティビティもホームページのイメージ写真通りで子供も大満足でした。オシャレ度で言えばリノベーションされていないスペースは旅館っぽいところもありますが、家族連れには過ごしやすくてオススメです。

子どもの遊び場が地下にあり、子どもが退屈することなく楽しめる。 朝食、夕食もとても美味しく満足。 種類も多く、偏食でもとりあえず何か食べさせられる。 部屋は清潔そうだが、建物自体は古い？ので埃アレルギーが出た。 フロントに伝えると空気清浄機を持ってきてくれて助かったが、標準装備にはしてほしいところ。

良い点 遊具施設等が充実していて、12歳までの子どもはここで2～3時間は楽しめる。 ラウンジはお酒等もあり寛げる。 温泉は露天風呂まであり良い。 悪い点 掃除が不十分で、遊具の各所に埃が体積していたり、部屋のなかはケトルの下に埃、ベッドの下には乾電池やアメを落としたもの等があった。
