"Für 1 bis 2 Nächte okay, aber nicht als Ferienwohnung für längeren Aufenthalt. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und das Treppenhaus ist nicht einladend. Der Nadelfilzteppich riecht total muffig. Die Küchenzeile ist viel zu klein. Über die Mülleimer sollte noch eine Arbeitsplatte gebaut werden, damit überhaupt was abgestellt werden kann. "

"Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem. - An den Küchenschrank-Türen...
