This hotel is only 5 minutes walking distance from the huge shopping building Kadewe, the main metro/train station. It's on one of the main street of Berlin so it's safe for late nights. The room is clean. There's coffee and tea with an electronic kettle available in the room.

This upscale property gets everything right…well trained, friendly staff, comfortable, well-maintained rooms, and a great location! If there is one thing they could work on it would be to upgrade the WiFi speed! I highly recommend the RIU Plaza if you are staying on the western side of Berlin!

Nice hotel and nice room but strange that there is no doors to the bathroom in a family hotel. If you take a shower you are not able to close a door, why? And the staff at the breakfast must get paid depending on the amount of plates they pick. The most stressful breakfast I've had, trying to hold on to my plate. But overall a nice hotel. Modern and stylish rooms.

Great location very friendly staff quiet all over even though there was an event going on I didn’t hear any noise downside even if I had a do not disturb sign on my door housekeeping still knocked on the door two of the days also I think the breakfast is not worth the price with some many options around But over all great experience
