"家族で宿泊しました。 工事中でした。 朝食は、レストランで普通の朝食セットを有料にて提供しておりビッフェなどはありません。 当初ビッフェと思い、有料朝食を選択しました。実際はその金額はクレジットとして部屋にチャージされており、その金額分はレストランや売店で使用できるという仕組みでした。 私達は１日はウォーターパークに行きましたが、あとはホテルのプールで過ごしました。 不幸中の幸いでホテルが工事中なのでプール近くの部屋となり、ビールを持ってプールでまったりできました。 子どもも空いていて遊べてました。 子どもとゆっくり過ごすにはいいのではないでしょうか。"

"I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she became furious and asked me my room number and name, saying that she can kick me out from this hotel and everything is recorded in video... Unbelievable. I have never being treated like this at any receptions in any hotels in the world. I suspect that this is a racial discrimination, since I am an asian. The receptionist of a hotel cannot be as rude as this without some kind of discrimination, I think. Moreover, though I placed complaints by sending email to the hotel, but I have not received any reply. Anyway, I will never stay in holiday inn hotels again... "
