「We had a nice stay, and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We did find some issues, the shower head in the guest bathroom loose and would not stay in place as we tried to adjust it. Then we were looking forward to enjoying some pool time, but found out only a few days before our stay that the pool was closed for repair. We did appreciate the beautiful lake view from the balcony! Overall, it was good!」

「Nice to be out of the way yet close to what we might need. The pool area was amazing and the other guests/residents are so nice. The condo was very clean and well kept. We walked to the North Mountain Park Trail with no concerns of safety issues. Will be looking to book again for a fall return!」

「Immaculate property! Very clean and well stocked with extra towels, linen and pillows. There were even supplies available to assist us during our stay including family board games to play! The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful! The neighborhood was very quiet. Communication with the property manager was spot on! 「We loved the condo as well as the extras the hosts provided. There were paper plates, towels, napkins, etc. which was so nice that we did not need to buy these. There was a load of clean towels in each bathroom so we could change out as we chose. The location is central to most of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, etc. However, the actual neighborhood that this condo complex is in, is in a more industrial area with car repair shops, etc. The condo felt very safe but we needed to go elsewhere...

A really comfortable 3 bedroom (one being a bunk bed) stay satisfied my family’s needs to be well rested, along with a sweet room to do laundry to keep our clothes clean!
