「1週間の滞在だったが、電化製品など新品が用意されていた。（コーヒーメーカー、アイロン、ミキサー）ハウスキーピングは毎日あるとなっていたが、一度も無かったが、不自由はなかった。お湯の湯量が少なく。浴槽にお湯を張るのに時間が必要。シャワーなら問題無い。年末年始の街の喧騒がなく、寂しい反面、大変過ごしやすかった。」

「Location was perfect. when we visit again will be booking again!」

「The area felt safe and VERY quiet! We are a family with young children so safety/security is top priority. I needed to contact about check-in questions when we arrived and received a prompt reply which was greatly appreciated! Everything was clean and as listed, they even had a few toys that our children enjoyed playing with on our brief stay. I would definitely recommend a stay here!」

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"
