"I loved the location the staff were friendly room was very spacious.. only thing I didn't like was the $60 a day parking fee sure it was valet but $60 plus tax a day is outrageous...if I stay here again I won't rent a car."

"We stayed two nights and had a nice time in spite of a major Kona storm. Check in was a bit hectic as many flights were cancelled and the lines for check-in were very long and the weather was a huge factor as it’s an open air check in area. The wind and rain was brutal while we waited- but the staff did everything they could to get people checked as quickly as they could. They also closed room service down extra early which made it hard for people to get food. I’m sure they had a shortage of help not being able to come in and work so it’s understandable. Every person on the staff was extremely kind and helpful. We ate at the Bali Oceanfront Restaurant twice for breakfast and once for dinner and had great meals. "

"Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but no proper cups and no spoon. We had a coffee machine but drink tea, the Cleaner kindly provided us with a kettle, great Services we didn't ask for it. We only found that there was a torch provided (in the drawer) after we were packing to leave. Would've been useful to know when we had two power cuts through in the storm."
