They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. "Staff was very kind & helpful, I liked that when we ate breakfast it was in our own little private section. We also got complementary drinks because of our Expedia status. Onsen was a good size for 2 people as well, view was amazing. Loved relaxing here."
