They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help. "Great location to experience mt Fuji in a relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in the Japanese style family room which was very spacious with beautiful lake views. Both outdoor hot springs were really lovely, one with a view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast was excellent with breathtaking view of mt Fuji. The staff were very helpful. Some parts of the common areas in the hotel definitely need refreshing. But overall highly recommended. "
