「We wondered what we had let ourselves in for on arrival. How surprised we were as our stay progressed. The breakfasts were supreme, the service with a smile by our host, David, wonderfully assisted by Allison. Nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasurable stay. A nice location for our days out and always a welcome home cuppa on our return. Lovely memories.」

「Lea Hurst is a fantastic place to stay , Quiet and secluded. The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return 」

Shower was easy to use and very clean, definitely stay here again. Breakfast was freshly cooked and cooked how you like it, the host was friendly and veey helpful.」
