「Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the hot tubs and sauna were welcomed bonuses. 」

「The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem. After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation. The beding is also less than average 」

Well placed for local walks, location pretty insignificant and no facilities at hotel to relax or sit outside when weather tricky, which was most days because we encountered bad weather. If you are happy walking every day in any kind of weather this is for you. 」

「Found the mattress a bit too firm and one was stained when we removed the cover to look for a lost item. Good location and adequate. Steps up to reception made getting our bags in a little difficult with two disabled men with our group,of 4.」

「The property is well maintained, clean and really good location. Swimming pools were heated which made them usable regardless of weather or outside temperature. Spa was great and had good availability when we were there. These were the highlights.. Staff was mostly friendly other than one or two at reception who were not rude but just didn’t care enough. The worst part was the food though. Breakfast was ok and saved mainly by the omelette counter and general staff being nice. Dinner was neither...

「The hotel in Tenerife was great. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch, with really good quality. The only downside was that you could hear a club nearby at night, and sometimes there were fights or disturbances right outside the hotel around 4 a.m. Also, smoking was allowed on the balconies, which meant that if you slept with the window open, the smoke often came into the room. Still, it was a lovely stay, as long as you keep those points in mind.」

「This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves.
