"The room was cLean except blankets did have stains and power did go off in the bathroom last day. They did fix it right away. Dont need to stay at the resort no extra experience provided and no discounts. But it was nice."

Elevators down several times, watched maintenance pry doors open to let people out… over three days. Dead roaches on the ground inside the hall on fifth floor, never cleaned up over three day stay. "
