The room was clean and beautiful. Great location, not far from dinning and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Food was great and the beach was wonderful. Traveled as a family with two little ones and they loved it.

Our stay was great. Rooms were very nice, beach was beautiful with amazing sunsets. Quiet and outside of town but close enough for a ten minute walk. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel, very walkable to downtown but just far enough to be quiet from the downtown parties. The only slight downfall for the hotel is kids noise level in the morning at the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and it sounded like they were in our room.

Beautiful property right on the white sand beach., staff very nice friendly and helpful .. I just would suggest to get some fans in the restaurant to circulate the air and get rid of the flies., but other wise it was a very pleasant stay definitely will book again .

Great staff, installation and location. The beach club is nice, far enough from the party clubs but close enough to go if you need it. Beach restaurant could be better in terms of food and cocktails.

We needed a gateway and chose Holbox that was highly recommended by Mexican friends, The property was nice overall but here are the reasons why they did not get a 5*: - The flow from the shower head was irregular and scarce. - The smell from the decomposed seaweed on the shore reached our room and was very unpleasant. - Because of that decomposed seaweed, we could not enjoy the sea. - The amount of mosquitoes prevented us from enjoying walks in the morning and after sunset. - We had lunch at the pool and were immediately surrounded by iguanas getting dangerously close to us. The staff knew but did little to scare them away.

We had such a lovely stay!! The hotel was very well kept and super clean. We were at the beach area every day and there was so much space and nothing shadowing the sun. The pool was amazing as well. The best thing however, was the staff. Super welcoming and so attentive! Everybody we encountered was so helpful! In our opinion it was the perfect location. It’s only a 10 minute walk on the beach to restaurants/shops, yet it’s completely quiet at night. The only tiny thing was a weak water pressure in the shower and the WiFi was not super consistent…..but we were just more offline and that’s the whole point of vacation. Huge recommendation from us!

We took a 5 day vacation to isla Holbox and stayed here. It was beautiful. The staff was very very nice and helpful with all of our requests if we had any. They gave us advice on where to eat, things to do and how to get there. The hotel itself was super clean and well kept. Our private pool was awesome. The only negative thing I would say is that we didn’t have hot water. It was warm/cold. But we had to take into account for being on an island and all the other people trying to shower and use hot water as well. Overall we will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit.
