The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had a minor problem at check-in, and we really had no issues. They held our bags for us after check-out so that we could enjoy our last day in Japan hands-free. In terms of location, it was a great spot in Ginza, with both the fish market and shopping district within walking distance. The standard room was a bit small, but came as advertised. I would recommend this place to other American travelers."
