"Good location. The AC is great. We were able to keep the room nice and cold. The bed can lay flat of be tilted. There is room for luggage under the bed. I wish the fridge was a tiny bit bigger and that there were nightstands at both sides of the beds with outlets. All the outlets and the one table were on one side of the bed. The fridge cannot keep ice cream cold. It will melt. TV can mirror your phone and has apps like Netflix and Disney + but you have to sign in every time once you turn off the tv. The casting can be a bit funky at times. The black out curtains work well. Staff was always helpful, elevators never took too long. Room service always took trash, gave fresh towels and made the bed. The hotel is well kept and it always seemed busy for lunch and dinner. Uber eats was always able to deliver to the hotel with no issues. Good hotel and I had a good experience."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Bar onsite was perfect for a pre-dinner drink. Afternoon and evening snacks in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel was in a central area close to shopping and options for train stations. Walkability was also a bonus. Great room amenities. Comfortable bed. We would stay here again. Thank you. "The location is great for the price! The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and there's laundry on site! There are several convenience stores within a very short walking distance. There is also a fantastic park within a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Don Quijote is a 5 minute walk. And the subways are less than a 10 minute walk! Don't pass this place up! I highly recommend it!"

"We always return to Royal park canvas Ginza 8 when we stay in Tokyo and have been staying with them since they opened just a little before Covid struck. It’s still a great place to stay though signs of ageing can be seen."
