The check-in staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. When they learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary gift, which made the experience feel even more special. The room offered a completely breathtaking view, and the daily breakfast was superb. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk wherever I needed to go. For my first trip to Japan, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second.
