"Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."

"Beautiful room with a pleasant view. They do a great job of making a smaller space work. For example - the mini bar was above the ground which was kind of fun! While the yukata was delightful, I think we would’ve benefitted from actually pajamas like all of the other hotels we stayed at. The automated black out shades were a treat. I thought this hotel was not too far from the station, but it is a bit of a walk. Still a nice hotel but not as convenient as I had hoped (and that’s my miss for not...

"What is so unique about this property is the fact that it is very clean and upscale. What I don’t like about the property is the front desk staff. They seem always overworked and stressed. This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. They speak English but you can’t understand them because of their accent. "

"AMAZING property, centrally located in the financial district. I take one solo trip yearly, and stay at FourSeasons. Otemachi did not dissapoint! The two hour massage was amaIng. George and Tsatsu at concierge are amazing! VIRTU is a vibe! Keith and his team were amazing. The pizza in the hotel is to die for! I will see you soon, FourSeasons Otemachi! The blackout curtains, comfy bed and heated toilets are amazing! The bath is cozy! Definitely a dream property in a magical city!"

"Everything is good. Just the breakfast starts at 7:00am is too late. If can start 6:30am will be better because come from America have a jet leg. We get up at 5:00am and Hunger but no place can get the breakfast. The last day I have to check out hotel at 7;15am and have no chance to get the breakfast. And waster my breakfast two people payment. "
