「The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. 「we stayed here for 9 nights here in early October for a wedding and family visit. We loved it. Walking distance to the original Trader Joes and numerous restaurants. Old Town Pasedena is a 5 minute drive away. The rental was spotless. Loved the welcome basket. When we visit Pasadena again, would stay here in a heartbeat.」

「This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. 」

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the sheets had visible ink marks on them. The TVs didn’t work at all. 「There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.」
