「This apartment is promoted as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse with pool. What they fail to promote is that there is a major plumbing issue with the bathrooms. One bathroom has a toilet that doesn't flush thoroughly and the other gurgles through the sink all day and night long. 「Wonderful stay」

「Sweet dreams bed and breakfast made our stay in Sherman Oaks very special. It was so clean, comfortable, fun and relaxing! The hosts are so kind and thoughtful. I loved all the amenities available. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and garden area. Breakfast was lovely every morning! Thank you Amy for being such a kind and thoughtful host. 10/10」

「Liam and the team were super helpful in every step of the process. The place was amazing, impressive and great for the family and I. Months later and my family is still talking about it. The location was great and even had a grocery store within walking distance, so we didnt have to eat out every night. If and when I stay in Santa Monica again, this will be the first place I look at.」

「The condo was clean, equipped with all the essentials, and in a great location. Safe parking lot is really a good. Communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend it!」

「Great accommodation - clean and modern; easy and quick communication with landlord; only thing to mention is that windows are towards a big intersection which causes some noise, especially early mornings and light sleepers (like 1 of my children and husband) regularly awoke due to the noise; other than that, nice stay!」
