"Was told the same thing a previous reviewer mentioned. I had a reservation and was trying to contact the property manager about how to get access to the room. Valeria told us she "sent an email" about a week before (never sent one) and that there was an "emergency" in the building and they couldnt accomodate us at the last minute. However the money was still taken, and the listing was still up during the so called "emergency". This place is a scam. "
