This property is awesome! Easy access to and from the airport. Convenient to almost anywhere on the West Side. Clean, and quiet with wonderful staff. My stay at the Inn was excellent. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious and staff were friendly and professional. The included breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruits, breads, granola and the cooked to order eggs were delicious. The property had beautiful views of the wetlands and was a great opportunity for birdwatchers. Especially loved the dining room porch views! Would stay here again.

The Inn at Playa Del Ray is my go to accommodation when I visit the LA area. It’s convenient to get to from the airport, and easy to get almost anywhere on the west side. The property is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful. I always look forward to breakfast. Fruits breads, coffee, tea, and eggs to order. They always have a happy hour in the afternoon held in the living room. A great place to meet other guests and have conversations.

I loved this place and will come back. We had a large room facing the wetlands, clean with everything you need including a small refrigerator. The staff were pleasant and provided all information requested. Then was the breakfast, I had a soufflé with gluten free toast with fresh orange juice. One of the best breakfast I had in a hotel. My husband love the arugula with eggs made to order. All delicious and unexpected! The wine hour was also a nice surprise!

Hôtel de charme très mignon. Calme, belle vue sur une zone protégée ou l’on peut apercevoir pleins d’oiseaux. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Ils proposent des œufs cuisinés à la demande. La salle du petit déjeuner est très mignonne. Personnel très aimable. Je regrette de ne pas avoir pu profiter du moment vin et fromage le soir dans le salon très cosy ! Très belle découverte !!

This was our second time staying at Playa del Rey. Rooms are very clean, bed very comfortable, shower nice and hot, A/C was perfect. Morning breakfasts were extremely good with various things to choose. Als offered to cook eggs or omelets if you ask as well as the daily suffles. Yummy fruit bowls, plain yogurt, a different salad each morning, plenty of breads and bagels, homemade granola, coffee, tea and pastries. At 5pm each evening they offer wine and cheeses and fruit in their living room area. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend. On site parking a plus.

My Husband & I stayed in a Queen room w partial lagoon view on 3rd floor via elevator or stairs. Beautiful decorated quiet room w views of the lagoon & hills from the bay window.. Bed was lush & comfortable. The bathroom was very large with the double sinks!. Staff is friendly & accommodated an early check in. We had a safe place in the hall by the locked outdoor entrance to store our luggage prior to check in. The fresh, homemade & healthy choices for the breakfast Buffett was the best we’ve had in the States. We enjoyed the Happy hour each day from 5-6 which included a large charcuterie board. Homemade cookies were kept at the front desk 24/7. We spent time in the sunny courtyard & large back porch overlooking the lagoon. The Inn was walkable to everything in Playa del Rey for our Nieces Baby Shower events! It is a 10 min walk to the beach .Took Uber from LAX to & from airport about a 10-15 ride. Will stay again as we enjoyed this level of care & comfort while traveling!

I came for one night and stayed for two. The property is amazingly welcoming, beautiful and the staff are so accomodating. Home made cookies at the front desk, breakfast made to order, wine and cheese social - these are just some of the small cozy touches that make the Inn at Playa del Rey an amazing place to stay. And the staff including Ken and Sean are so welcoming. I will definately stay here again. Highly recommend

The breakfast buffet blew us away - so good! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was attractive, modern, and clean. Backing up to the Bollona Reserve and just blocks from the beach, the location is wonderful. Overall, highly recommend this lovely hotel. Bravo to the owners and staff!
