「The front desk staff are very polite and helpful. There was an issue with the parking ticket, but they handled it immediately. The room is very clean. Whenever I come to LA, I always stay at this hotel. Although I can’t specify which country they were from, some guests were walking down the hallway late at night and speaking very loudly, so noise from the hallway can be heard quite clearly.」
