"The staff was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and nice. Rooms were very outdated and our first room we dirty, stained couch, broken bathroom door. Moved us to a different room and it was ok. Rooftop pool and bar were amazing and saved the trip. However, will def not be staying there again. "

"Hotel was cute and trendy. Things I found disappointing: no complimentary water bottles or easy access to drinking water; poorly used space in rooms e.g. lack of drawers, shelves or hooks yet lots of empty space in room or bathroom for it; no microwave or ability to add one to the room; overall vibe in the hallways and elevators was rundown despite other areas being very trendy. Still a good experience but didn’t match all the highly positive reviews. "

"Loved our stay at LAAC. Very quiet spot with some great history. Entire hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Made use of the gym, basketball court, & sauna Sunday morning after going to a Laker game the night before. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the LA live area downtown. Had a nice breakfast after checkout at the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Will definitely be back! Thanks all!"
