"The service here is terrible!! The valet was never there when I pulled up. I waited over 10 mins each time. They seem to care more about people eating at the rooftop restaurant more than they do their actual guests. At check in, no one asked me to help with my bags. I also paid for late check out, 50 additional dollars to check out at 3:00 pm, which love that they have that option. However, the next day I got stuck in the elevator because my key stopped working. I couldn’t go up and for some reason the “door open” button was not working. I had an overall terrible experience. The rooftop pool views are amazing but the service absolutely sucks!"

"Hotel was cute and trendy. Things I found disappointing: no complimentary water bottles or easy access to drinking water; poorly used space in rooms e.g. lack of drawers, shelves or hooks yet lots of empty space in room or bathroom for it; no microwave or ability to add one to the room; overall vibe in the hallways and elevators was rundown despite other areas being very trendy. Still a good experience but didn’t match all the highly positive reviews. "

"Loved our stay at LAAC. Very quiet spot with some great history. Entire hotel staff was super nice and helpful. Made use of the gym, basketball court, & sauna Sunday morning after going to a Laker game the night before. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the LA live area downtown. Had a nice breakfast after checkout at the restaurant on the 3rd floor. Will definitely be back! Thanks all!"
