"The JW at Anaheim had nicer fixtures and seemed more recently renovated. The location of this one is PERFECT for Laker games. Great stay. "

"Extremely convenient location with very spacious clean rooms even for a family of four with two queen beds. Staff was great and provided water when we requested it. No complaints about the hotel and staff at all. The street can get noisy but I always have a white noise playlist on my iPad and raise it up at night. Does the trick every time. "

"Pool, coffee shop and restaurant were nice. Room was pretty small and didn't have much storage space"

"The hot water was brown. I didn’t really want to take a shower once I saw that. It’s a bummer because I felt gross from the airport. Cool place but not too happy. When I asked for a late checkout the staff called me 2 times and came to my room to ask me questions so it wasn’t worth it since I didn’t get to sleep another hour and a half. Staff was kind though. "

"The room was really clean and the beds were comfy the only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the sink drainage was pretty clogged and took a while to go down. When I took off the little cap to see if something was stuck in there, there was a lot of hair in it. Other than that it was really clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again "
