"The evening clerk, might security, and cleaning staff were all excellent. "

"This hotel was great. Valet parking was very easy and staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and the staff helped answer questions I had. One elevator was down while we were there but it did not cause any delays or inconvenience. The room was very clean and quiet. I’m not sure if we had neighbors but we never heard anyone above us or next door. We were going to a concert at The Novo across the street and this was a perfect hotel for that. Easy to walk to and from the concert venue and never felt unsafe in the area. If I ever need a hotel in the area this will be my first choice. "

"Room was not the cleanest ..staff was friendly but my keys were deactivated twice. "

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."
