We stayed for 4 days and we loved it, we needed more time to enjoy of the pool and sauna, we’ll be back next time to enjoy of all the amenities that the hotel offers, staff was always friendly and helpful, they also have water station to refill our water bottles, we don’t even need to bring or buy water outside. They have a mall in a walking distance, a lot of restaurants near by, definitely a place to enjoy with your family!

The staff was always super helpful. Needed extra towels and room service was very prompt. Parking garage was very easy to get in and out of. Alot of Professionals stay at Hotel Burbank. Such as commercial flight crews! Always felt safe! Very nearby restaurants and coffee that were walkable. And their is an In n Out Burger within a mile! As well as shopping!

This is an average hotel in a good location. Staff were nice and polite, rooms are blah...not super clean. Cafe downstairs closes early, outdoor pool is not visually enticing and in an awkward area. Would not stay again.
