위치 좋고, 깔끔하고 머무르기 좋습니다. 바로 옆에 마트 있고 마리나도 슬슬 걸어갈만 합니다. One bedroom 아파트인데 한국의 20평대 아파트만한 크기로 쾌적합니다. 주방이 잘 갖춰져 있고 양문형 냉장고로 냉동고도 넉넉합니다. 주방세제, 조미료 등이 있고 깔끔한 분들은 수세미를 가져오는게 좋을 것 같습니다. 아파트 단지가 규모가 있기 때문에 엘리베이터 번호 등을 유심히 봐둬야 합니다. 여기 가시는 분들은 주차와 세탁실 사용은 어느 정도 아는게 편하실거 같아 몇 자 적습니다. 처음에 주차할 때 많이 애를 먹었습니다. 안내자료를 엄청 자세하게 주시는데 길치인데다, 주차장이 엄청 크기 때문에 길을 잃으면 미로처럼 느껴집니다. 게다가 밝은데 있다가 지하에 들어오면 어두컴컴한 느낌입니다. 처음 진입할 때 비번을 입력하고 차로 돌아가서 들어가려고 하니 문이 이미 닫혀 있었습니다. 다시 비번을 입력하고 재빨리 들어가려고 하니 문이 내려오고 있었는데, 차가 다가가니 문이 다시 스르르 올라갔습니다. 지하주차장이라 차가 뜨거워지지 않는건 좋은데, 주차공간이 좁게 느껴졌습니다. 알티마였는데, 옆에 기둥이 있었고 주차할 때 계속 삑삑 소리가 났습니다. 주차를 못할 정도는 아니지만 조금 빡빡하게 느껴졌습니다. 층마다 세탁시설이 있는데 앱을 설치해야 쓸 수 있는 구조(신용카드 안됨)이고 세탁실의 고유번호를 알아야 회원가입할 수 있습니다. 쓰는 절차가 귀찮지만 가격은 저렴한 편이고, 거주민 말로는 드라이어 성능이 좋아서 한번 돌리면 잘 마른다고 합니다.

We had a most enjoyable stay in this impeccably clean,comfortable and well stocked apartment and we gave it 5 stars although we felt there were two issues that needed to be addressed , one was the badly chipped bath which, in fairness , we found out was being attended to. The other problem was the badly designed bedroom blinds which did not afford sufficient privacy.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. John, the owner, was very responsive. The place was clean and it fit our needs while visiting our son. John did a great job giving picture instructions in accessing the condo. It is a little confusing at first.

Very nice but only sleeps 2

Apartment was very nice very clean. However, the description said it had a pullout bed. And the listing says the apartment sleeps four. However, once we got there with our 15-year-old daughter there was no pullout couch. The owner explained he got a new couch and didn’t update the listing. He stated there are two air mattresses, both of which had leaks in them. The couch is very small for someone like a teenager to sleep on. So I recommend this property but for only one or two people.

Business Trip

This is a 10 out of 10 property. The location was perfect for me. Loved having the grocery store right there. The apartment was so nice, comfortable and cosy. It was just a bit chilly, so I enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The apartment was a good size and I didn’t feel cramped at all. I know everyone has their own opinion about beds but for me the bed was very comfortable. I had long days and the tub was wonderful to soak in. I would highly recommend this property and for sure would stay there again.

Great location, close to marina, stores and restaurants. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Condo was immaculate although sparsely furnished. Kitchen very well equipped. King size bed very comfortable. Could use better lighting at bedside for reading. Would definitely stay here again. Very nice!

Great place in Marina Del Rey

Overall impression of the apartment and location was positive. Close to grocery stores, food is walkable nearby, and it was great to have parking. Directions to and thru the parking garage by the host was spot on. Enjoyed the pool 2 evenings after long walking days of LA tourists. Very easy access to highways. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that the apartment was sparsely furnished. 1 mostly uncomfortable couch, and a table with 4 chairs and that is it for seating. Would be well to do with a rocking chair or a recliner or something to relax on. No color on the walls and 4 pictures/art in all the rooms. I would definitely stay here again given the choice. The local amenities outweighed the lack of comfort.
