"The property is very very unclean and it has bed bugs and cockroaches which can cause health hazard. We suffered with two kids during our stay. We wanted to check out with refund but the management was not responsive on that. We were forced to stay in this health hazard conditions, "

"The property was visually beautiful, an oasis in the heart of the city. The staff were kind and friendly. A few things that prevented me from providing an excellent review. The pool closes at 9am which is earlier than the standard 10pm. After a long busy day we felt rushed to get pool time in before it closed. I booked a double bed room with 3 guests. As we settled into the room after a rushed swim just minutes before 9pm, It was inconvenient I had to request an additional towel since only two were stocked in the room. Typically 2 beds = 4 bath towels. We then started to notice items were left in the room by the previous guests. Which then we questioned the cleanliness of our room. The room looked clean, it felt like it was the small details that were missed. At check out the next day the front desk comp’d our parking for the inconvenience of those left behind items. Which was a very nice monetary apology. Regardless of the hiccups. I would stay here again."

"There are not a-lot of places to park but the manager showed us where we could park our vehicle safely. This hotel is in walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. "

"It was a nice stay; the room was exceptionally cold, which I appreciated. The breakfast selection was a little scarce, but it's okay; at least they offered some. The location is awesome; you're in the middle of everything on the Walk of Fame."
