"The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We had a slight "glitch" but the manager was so nice and helped get everything straightened out. The woman who works the breakfast is very friendly and pleasant. The property is in the center of quite a few places and it's all within walking distance. I would stay here again if I ever return to LA."

Internet sometimes went out affecting TV. Thin walls. Can hear walking in rooms above. But would stay again. Walkable to Hollywood boulevard, shops, markets nearby."

"This location could not be closer to the heart of Hollywood tourism. If you are traveling with a lot of bags, a family, etc. this may not be the hotel for you. The boutique hotel only has like 14 rooms but there are only 6 tight parking spaces. $40 for parking there if you’re lucky enough to land a spot. The driveway to park in the back is insanely tight. I drive an IONIQ 5 and there was barely room on either side of the car. There is also no elevator in the building and the air conditioner is a little loud (this helps me sleep, but I know it’s not for everyone.) If you haven’t stopped reading by now, you’ll love this hotel. It’s right next to Hollywood and Highland and you can walk to the Hollywood Bowl from here easily and safely. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bathroom mirror is lit, as is the full length mirror which is great when you’re getting g ready to go out on the town. The lobby has some basic drinks and snacks available to purchase. Bring cash to tip housekeeping. They do not have an ATM on site, and there are no QR codes for tipping by card."

Was surprised that the elevators were not key card restricted considering the location, I've stayed in less populated areas where they were. Front desk staff very nice and efficient."
