Location is very convenient. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and right across from the Pantages which was very convenient for us since we were there for Phantom of the Opera. The staff is great and helpful especially Gabriel at the front desk.

Amazing first time staying at this property. I've never had so many staff greet us upon arrival. Check in was swift and comp snacks and water given upon arrival. Mat was so communicative even before our arrival ensuring to answer any questions and even set up a bday amenity for my husband. Yessica at the Wet deck was phenomenal, great and speedy service. She was a doll! The only slight annoyance was that there wasn't enough chairs for hotels guests at pool and we had to book a daybed with a min spend of 225 to have a place to sit.
