「Communication was fine and helpful until the day of check in. I was supposed to receive a email with codes to the rooms and the front door 1 hour before check in and didn’t receive them at all. Once arrived at the location I had to wait 30 minutes outside with my family waiting for codes that did not even work to get into the building. Finally received a code that worked, within 5 minutes of being inside we witnessed a roach, floor boards were poorly cleaned, furniture was very poorly cleaned...

「到着したが誰もいなく施設に連絡したが返信なし。エージェントにコンタクトしてもらいやっと部屋番号の返信あり。最初からチェックイン前にその旨を連絡すべき。施設にも各部屋にもカギはなし。朝食付きとの記載があったが提供なし。トイレットペーパーなし。シャワーのお湯が出たのが救い。部屋にタオルがかかっていた。冷蔵庫、キッチン共有で使えた。 もちろん、チェックアウト時もスタッフはいないので勝手に出た。」
