"We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Vanessa at the Front desk. She offered us Champagne and an upgraded room. (The best checkin experience we have had). The room was fantastic with a Rodeo Dr view and the room stewards went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Definitely will return to this Hotel. "

"Everything was just fine, great communication throughout. Unfortunately, no wifi information to be found and the combination of unseasonable weather and no central heat made for chilly moments. There were space-heaters in place so it all worked out. Plenty of fresh towels, very clean and a cute house. "
