"Property was as described. We chose it as base to go to Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It is located in a safe neighborhood, parking included. Bed is very comfortable, very quiet room, with good amenities (microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, smart TV, furniture, etc). Room is great for a couple or single person. "Beautiful and unique property with fabulous canyon and downtown pasadena views. That was enough to make us give this place a five star review. But TJ, the host, took it to the next level - he was incredibly generous and personable - if we could, we’d give him a 10 star review. We are already planning a second visit. "

"I absolutely loved this place! Check in was super easy with the lockbox and Gloria (house manager) was communicative. I only stayed one night (wish I had more time) but the unit was perfectly stocked with a nice pull out couch, separate bed, fans, , kitchenette. It was incredibly clean. About a 10 minute walk or so to beach and then another 10 to marina. The outside space is incredible. Big hot tub with outdoor seating and plants. Roof top balcony with views for days!"

"Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival.
