"Great location. Frequent shuttle pickup and drop off. It is the first pickup on the route so you’re only competing with fellow guest for seats. The Hilton is the second stop and shuttles often fill up at the Sheraton. Will definitely stay here again. Prefer it to the Hilton."

"Our stay was great!! My family and I are not fast-food people and having the king suite with kitchen was more than amazing. We drove to whole foods just down the road and were able to get stuff from the olive bar and items for breakfast and have heavy snacks to bring back and make ourselves. Super convenient if you have picky eaters or dietary restrictions. Pots and Pans were okay. We got creative and used what we had to make breakfast sandwiches and bake monkey bread. We didn't use their coffee maker. We are spoiled and brought our Nespresso maker that fit perfectly on the kitchen counter. If you are bringing your own vehicle or renting a car the location is perfect to get to places. We were never more than 20-40 minutes from the locations we went to. USC, LA Zoo, La Brea. It just depends on freeway traffic. Use the caltrans app if you can."

"WE HAVE STAYED AT THE W MANY TIMES AND WE LOVE IT THERE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. WE RECEIVED A TEXT SHORTLY AFTER WE ARRIVED WELCOMING US AND LETTING US KNOW THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING AT ALL WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW. THE HOTEL IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION. "We stayed one night. Super convenient for our trip to Universal Studios. Paid $27 for parking and was allowed to keep our car parked there while we walked and enjoyed the park. Our room had only two outlets that worked so with. Family of four we had to rotate charging our electronics. There were no outlets by the beds, neither by the walls surrounding or by the bed stand. The lights were very dim, providing very little light. Typically there is a deposit fee, usually paid no more than $100. They charge a $200 deposit fee upfront so keep in mind to set that charge aside. "
