"We stayed here for 3 nights and our room 317 only had hot water for 1 night. Staff didn’t even answer the phone had to physically go down to the lobby. If I’m paying $700 the least we could’ve had was hot water. Staff only offered us to go to another room 308 to “shower only” for 1 day. No room change. Not even a discount or some type of minimal reimbursement for the inconvenience of not being able to shower after being at Universal Studios all day and night. Emailed the property manager and received one phone call with being told they would make it up some way and call back. No call back. No email back. Even Motel 6 would have hot water. Being season ticket holders from out of town we will not be back here. Youre better off staying somewhere that has more parking and hot water to offer. "
