Great stay. The welcome drink was very nice. The hallway smelled fresh and clean. Staff were wonderful. Close less than 10 minute walk to the free tram to Universal Studios. Definitely staying every year.

Hidden parking fee of $37.00 per night. No hot water for shower. Location is right next to highway and I had the street side. Car alarms and Harley's driving by at 1:45am. Staff can't really do much, they appeared to do their best with what they have. I pick the wrong spot for me.

The staff is wonderful. The room was big and comfort, we did have a problem with AC unit but they was quick help us out. Universal Studios a short walk. Thank you front desk member for helping out and making awesome memories. Looking forward to staying here more in future trip.

There was one little bottle of shampoo, no conditioner. One hand towel, one rag, and two bath towels only. Hair dryer smelled like fire. All the doors were coming off their hinges. Pillows were lumpy. Felt safe and definitely not the worst hotel I’ve been at. The rooms were big which is nice but even so there was so much noise from other rooms it was hard to sleep.
