"Very clean and super friendly staff. Food in hotel is very expensive & was not made aware of the price of the breakfast buffet before we ate. 2 adults + 1 kid was $119. Just for a basic breakfast buffet. Overall our stay was great just wasn’t to impressed with their food pricing. "

"Best hotel if you plan to universal studios, staffs are very nice and helpful, room is spacious, A/C is good enough for hot days, highly recommend to rent a car for your trip instead of using rideshare or taxi, too expensive in LA"

"Location location location - great for sightseeing and all activities. The hotel itself is in need of renovation. The carpets were sticky and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. We had a city view from which we could see the Hollywood sign - the sunrises were beautiful. We were too busy to use any of the amenities."

"The staff are helpful and friendly. The cafe had a good breakfast menu. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off. The location is very central to local landmarks such as Hollywood walk of fame. Easy to get to the Metro so you can explore more of the city "

"We entered the room and it was hot, we turned the air on and the room never cooled down. We waited 3 hours and couldn’t sleep, so went to the front desk and they offered to pay for our parking. We went back down again and complained and then they offered us a different room. That room cooled down in about 39 minutes. I’d suggest if the room doesn’t cool down within 30 minutes, go tell them."

"I was really disappointed with my stay. I was charged an unexpected $40 per day hotel fee that was never clearly disclosed upfront, which felt very misleading. On top of that, there was no self-parking available at all — only valet parking for $45 per night, or you’re left trying to find street parking on your own. These extra charges add up quickly and should be made much more transparent before booking. Between the hidden daily fee and the lack of reasonable parking options, the overall experience felt frustrating and overpriced. I would not have chosen to stay here if I had known the true cost in advance."
