"This hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a cool atmosphere. The location is excellent—close to the city and very near Universal Studios, which made it super convenient for us. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and everything tasted good. The shower had consistent hot water, which was a big plus. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely give it 10/10 and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The location was convenient for eating, shopping, walk of fame & more. The staff were mostly helpful & having the night security was awesome. The room was clean except the restroom. The restroom was moldy and full of pee on the sides of the toilet when we arrived. We did not use the pool, sadly."

"My sister and I attended the Nutcracker ballet across the street at the Dolby Theatre, which is the reason we spent the night of the Roosevelt. What a lovely treat to have this much Hollywood in one 24 hour. We were kindly given a bit of a tour of the place so we knew where all the famous hotspots were and the rooms could not be more comfortable. Just a great day thank you!"

"The stay was great! Get used to climbing alot of stairs, staff was great. Room was clean, kitchen was very busy to really be able to get breakfast in the time set. If you are a late riser, be prepared to not being able to get into the kitchen after breakfast, so the staff can clean. I understand that, just wasn't expecting that. Staff was great in recommendations or pointing out the right direction to get to where you want. There's so many good things here to mention all of it!"
