"I booked a private room with a private bathroom. There was plenty of living space but the bathroom was pretty small. The shower, sink, and toilet were all a tight squeeze. Walls were thin and there was an unpleasant pre-type smell upon entry. I loved the character of an older building. Common spaces were simple and cute and I liked the well-groomed courtyard. Location was fantastic and parking was a huge plus. Service was friendly and professional. I felt safe here. "

"We stayed there to be close to family that lived 4 minutes down the road For the price it was ok.we were close to the Bowl and Hollywood ..my only complaint was we came back late one night and there was no secure gated parking available lots of heavy foot trafic ..not having my car secure is a big decision breaker..if your car isnt a factor then the price is ok."

"By far the worst customer service I ever experienced. She was difficult, cold, and gave minimal effort. I almost felt like I was bothering her by checking in. And god forbid I had a question.. I was better off winging it. The room's heater didn't work, so I had to ask for an extra blanket but it was such a task to engage with her, I avoided it til the cold was unbearable. "Clean, convenient and friendly spot. Great affordable stay for a family of 6. I was a little concerned about security beforehand, but there was a security guard on duty 24/7 - and the free parking was a great amenity. Decent breakfast in the morning too. "

Beforehand I called if I could leave my luggage at the hotel as I arrived in LA early, upon arrival I was told they will not hold my luggage.
