「This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements...

「This listing is completely misleading!! After booking, I was given two different addresses. One to meet at a random parking lot and another for the actual unit, which was nearly 30 minutes away from the advertised location. (I didn’t notice the switcharoo until I had Ubered 40 min to the original location I booked!!) After traveling all day it was too late to find another place. 「Great place and very central to Beverly Hills. Had an issue with the smoke alarm but the hosts were communicative about it and tried to send someone out but we were not home. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. There were some gnats in the kitchen and the house stays a little hotter than we are used to, but overall it’s a beautiful home with very nice furniture in a fantastic location that is easy to get in and out of. 」

「We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is great and feels very safe, with everything easily accessible. 「This apartment was the perfect place for my week-long stay in LA with my 19-year-old autistic grandson. It was easy to get to and to get in. Everything was fine on the inside. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was super. The best thing about our stay was how attentive and responsive Jeff was. The internet went down once and he stayed on top of it till it was fixed. We'd definitely stay there again if and when we go back to Los Angeles.」
