"We had a great time at the hotel. It’s an iconic landmark in Hollywood. As such we found ourselves staying at the same time as several private parties hosted for the Oscars which were happening that weekend. This meant some of the facilities were unavailable. This was initially disappointing, however the management team went above and beyond to ensure that this didn’t disrupt our enjoyment by arranging for a late checkout so we could use the pool and additionally offered discounts on checkout....
