Remodeled Designer Cottage with Bicycles

Renovated designer cottage in the most desirable location in Culver City near Sony Studios. Charming 1920's 1bed/1bath street facing home with eclectic designer furnishings, dedicated workspace, fiber optic fast wifi, washer/dryer and street facing porch. End the day enjoying the outdoor shared common area with fire pit, artist murals and soaking tubs. On a quiet, cul-se-sac street, you're walking distance to downtown Culver City restaurants and minutes to everything LA has to offer.

The entirely private 1 bedroom, 1 bath front house of a duplex with front porch seating area is your private space.

The entire property has 4 cottages - two in front and two in the garden. The property is large and there is plenty of space for social distancing. The soaking tubs, fire pit and washer/dryer are shared with the other cottages on the property. The bicycles are also shared, but we have many of them and they are always available.

As much or as little as you need. I love to share ideas of places to go and see around Culver City and Los Angeles if you like. I am just 2 minutes away and available by text or phone.

The home is located in downtown Culver City and within walking distance of buzzy restaurants, lively nightlife spots, trendy boutiques, and a movie theatre. Take a stroll to The Museum of Jurassic Technology to explore its eccentric artifacts or walk the Culver Stairs for a view of the City.

Wonderful stay!

Such an adorable cottage with everything you need, located on a beautiful and peaceful block in the heart of Culver City. The cottage is cozy, chic and comfortable with literally the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve experienced away from home! If you’re in the LA area for business or fun or both, I would highly recommend this cottage, close to everything but feels like a retreat.

We loved everything about this cottage. We didn’t realize it was a duplex til we got there but we were the only occupants on those days so it worked out great. It was immaculate and so organized!

Beautiful cottage in Culver City

Great and quiet location and Heidi was a terrific host! The cottage has everything you could possibly need. The shared garden with the fire pit is fantastic. The ability to use the bikes even adds to the thoughtfulness that has gone into the rental. Will definitely stay again on our next visit!

SoCal Getaway

This complex is a beautifully appointed gem!We have stayed in both of the street facing duplex units and they are wonderful. The only surprises are good ones… great beds, well equipped kitchens, hooks where you need them etc. the neighborhood is quiet and very pretty.Parking is easy. Thank you Heidi!

Amazing cottage!

Heidi has created a comfortable and adorable place to rest, recharge and explore Culver City and the the surrounding LA areas. Amenities are as noted in listing and her quick response to questions while visiting was a blessing. If I ever come back, I will rebook this home away from home.

Daughter visit

We rented this place to be close to our daughter for a quick visit. The apartment was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed, comfortable. The listing was very accurate. The location was quiet but just blocks away from all the action. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful little cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this property. One of the cleanest homes I have ever stayed in. My compliments to the cleaning crew. We loved sitting on the front porch and in the large back yard area. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our grandchildren in Culver City. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful City!

We chose this home to it's proximity to my son and DIL. Visited our new grandbaby! The home was immaculate and very comfy! Perfect for 2 people. The neighborhood was quiet! We enjoyed our stay so much! The recommended Jackson Market and Deli was one of our first stops together for lunch with the baby. I was so impressed! Highly recommend this little bungalow and it's lovely ammenities! Hope to be back!

Great location, clean, comfortable

This is a small cottage superbly located on a small cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of downtown Culver City. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit is small and the laundry machine is outside and shared with another unit. It was too cold during our stay in December to use the fire pit and soaking tubs but they looked appealing. If you plan to use the bicycles with a small child bring a baby seat and bike helmet. Easy check in, great stay, and responsive communication with the owner!

Pleasantly Surprised!

We had a wonderful stay in this cute cottage nestled in a pleasant neighborhood in Culver City. My husband were there to visit our son in school and appreciated all the extras offered like the coffee & snacks. Our host was responsive to my texts and she made check in and check out SUPER easy. It was nice to have a work space for business he hadn't planned to do. We espeically appreciated the bikes made available for our enjoyable bike ride to the beach. We even stopped at the cute cafe down the street for breakfast. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We hope to have a reason to return in the future. Thank you for making this space available for us.

We'll Be Back!

The home is adorable and historic in a quiet neighborhood. It looks like something out of HGTV. Don't let the term "historic" mislead you -- It is fresh and updated, furnished stylishly and comfortably, especially the bed. I am picky and wanted a house with a queen/king supportive bed, bedside tables and reading lights. The host thought of everything including providing great info on local markets and restaurants which we loved. We used the bicycles one day and the grill our last evening. We were only a couple of blocks form SONY studios which we toured one morning and 10 minutes from our son who had just moved to LA six months earlier. It was so relaxing to have my morning coffee out on the front porch. Thank you, Heidi and we hope to come again! Diane and Rick

Our stay here was everything we could have wanted! The cottage itself was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed. The outside space was great and we made use of the bikes which was great. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We love staying at heidi’s properties and this neighborhood is so quiet, gorgeous and calm. we loved having a full kitchen and washer & dryer on the property. we also love the free bikes for use & the easy check in and check out process. our 2nd time staying and we usually come every year so we will be back! the location is super convenient & we love the houses!

Perfect location for our stay with easy street parking on quiet street. Yummy Jackson Deli just a short walk down the street. Very clean, nice porch and fenced in small front yard.
