Welcome to my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + Loft home!

This home is just a few steps to Echo Park where you can enjoy lots of recreational activities including pedal boats or even sports. About 5 mins to Dodger Stadium, 8 mins to the Griffith Park, & 20 mins to Hollywood Bowl. This is also located about 5 mins-walk to Sunset Blvd!

Stroll along with West Hollywood & discover great restaurants on Sunset Strip or shop on the famous Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, all within 8 miles away!

Make yourself feel perfectly at home in this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home! Perfect for travelers, couples, families and those who are in the city for business!

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. There is a sofa bed located in the loft.

The kitchen includes high-end appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need and a dining area to make your favorite meals.

The cozy living room is setup with a comfortable couch for you to relax after a long sightseeing and working and a 55" Smart TV with streaming access where you can login to your account and watch your favorite movies. There is also a dedicated workspace perfect for those who are working from home!

You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a washer & a dryer!

There is a rooftop with an outdoor dining table and seating for relaxation while enjoying the nice view!

A high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps and 1 free parking spot located on the ground level are all provided during your stay!

Nice townhome with good amenities. Very clean and conveniently located. We have stayed here before and previously had a very smooth experience. This stay was marred by not being able to check-in on time due to a locked door not accessible via access provided by host. Given prior commitments, our check-in was delayed by 6 hours. While some assistance was provided by the host's assistant, it was not timely.

Excellent townhouse, lots and lots of beautiful space. Large windows, private rooftop terrace, well stocked chef's kitchen. Easy short walk to beautiful Echo Park. We would happily stay here again and again.

Thanksgiving in Echo Park

Great stay in Echo Park! We had a little issue getting the lock system to work when checking in, but the owner quickly responded and walked us through another option. It was convenient to have a garage for parking our rental car. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with very basic/minimal pots and pans, but met our needs for cooking and enjoying take out. Would recommend they provide a few extra bath towels. We would stay here again.

Looking forward to coming back!

Great place in an amazing neighborhood! Easy walk to many bars and restaurants. Everything was exactly as described. Michael was very easy to communicate with, and frequently checked to see how things were going. When we return to LA this will be the first listing I check on - would definitely stay here again!

I would highly recommend this property. We needed to be downtown each morning, and it was the perfect location. It was a very easy 10 minute drive. The parking space was critical since parking in LA can be very expensive. In the evening we were able to leave our car at the property, and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. This checked all the boxes for us!

Five star Condo

We had a wonderful stay! It is a beautiful condo with everything provided. The beds were extremely comfortable! Having a parking spot in LA is amazing and rare. The nearby restaurants within walking distance were great. Michael responded extremely quickly to any questions we had.

Visit to Echo Park

Michael's place was actually nicer than the pictures indicate. Michael was very responsive during our stay. The location was great, very close to Echo Park Lake for morning runs.
