「Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.」

「What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay.」

「This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!」

「* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

「Was very conveniently located for the Pasadena Convention Center - an easy 5 minute drive away. Slight issues with the smoke alarm going off any time we wanted to cook. Host was easy to communicate with.」
