「Amazing location, and beautiful room with an incredible view. Freshly painted and wonderfully clean with great kitchen facilities. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Got a bit of a panic on when we arrived as we didn't have any instructions about how to check in after 4pm even though we had emailed in advance to say but got no reply. We sorted it in the end and staff were very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.」

「The location, the property, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for an extended stay. We felt like it was our home away from home. We got the best sleep after a long day of being a tourist. We will recommend The Beverly Grove Hotel to family and friends. We know we have an amazing stay available to us when we return.」

「Just amazing and very clean..」

「Very good stay for our vacation」

「Overall, we are very happy with our stay. The townhouse was as advertised. The location was very convenient for any activities in the Hollywood area. Communication was excellent, and they provided all the information we needed for check-in, our stay, and check-out. There was everything you might need to use stocked. However, there were several little things that could be improved. The wifi was not working, but when I called, they gave me the information for another wifi. The trash in the kitchen...

「The only reason I gave 4 stars was that one night while there was some noise at the door that woke us up in quite a scare. It was a family trying to get in our rental and when we opened the door they said they had instructions to our Condo. We told them we were booked for another night and to contact the person in charge. I felt really bad for them and sent an email to the manager as well. We also paid for a parking spot and it was being used the next day, they were able to provide another...
