"The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. He tried to get us a room close to everything and was very nice to work with. But we ended up with a handicapped room and the only thing different was that it had a chair to use in the bathtub. The walls were patched up in the bathroom and the toilet seat was very low. He also let us know that the pool was not available because they were in the process of getting it inspected. This was very inconvenient because it was very hot that...
