"Good price for one night and walkable to the campus and downtown boone. Good if you plan to walk to a bar."

"Food and drinks were great. Had breakfast, lunch, dinner at the Timberlake restaurant. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive. Easy check-in."

"This property had high ratings but our experience fell way below those ratings. The proximity to downtown was excellent and parking was not an issue. The person behind the counter was as helpful as she could be but did not fix the issues we had with our room nor was she able to move us to a different room. The a/c was broke so they provided a portable a/c unit. The way the hose was run to the outside hindered pulling the curtains closed potentially a fire hazard. The machine was very loud when running. Mattress was very hard and pillows flat. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread when we arrived. The refrigerator door would barely stay closed. We will come back to visit but will not be staying here again!"

"The shower handle in the bathroom fell off . The bathroom wall above shower head was peeling/cracked horribly . Behind the nite stand was garbage and Filthy. Paint stains on hallway was awful. This should be checked out. The amount of money we spend for the room was tremendous and the room was horrible. If at all possible we would like a refund of a portion of our stay. If a inspection of property is done you will clearly see what we have mentioned.Thank you."
