「Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. 」

「Went to check in and the place smelled terrible and was so run down, I chose not to stay. It did not feel safe. I asked for a refund from Expedia, but the property manager denied it. Expedia gave me one key credit, which was nice, and I went elsewhere.」

「I grew up in Burnsville and now live away. I always considered staying at the inn but I hadn’t until recently. It was a nice stay. The rooms were clean and the property was well kept. I would stay again.」

「Ok for a quick overnight stay. Choice of breakfast items were very few… we knew it was continental but we expected more than a tiny muffin and a couple of yogurts in the fridge.」

「Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

「This cabin was one of the best places we stayed while on a 2 week road trip! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The back porch was our favorite place to sit, as it overlooked the pasture with 7 horses, as well as a creek in the distance. It was so peaceful there! The people who worked there were so kind and helpful. They even helped us tremendously with a car issue that we had by calling the tow truck for us and making us comfortable during our wait. I can not say enough...

「This is a fully equipped cabin with spectacular views of valley and mountains. It is quiet and secluded and provided a wonderful break from people, noise and lights in the city. We did not see as many stars as we hoped because of a full moon but the we thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and listening to the birds. Set up for a couple is perfect with extra beds on the second floor for children or guests. Porch is a great place to relax and absorb the peaceful environment. Host was accommodating and...
