「We had a comfortable stay meeting up with family in Boone for the weekend. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was nice before a day out on the trails. I loved the availability of water bottles and coffee in the lobby.」
「Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:15 pm. I was told no other rooms were available. 30 minutes after we arrived, we were provided with a room.
There was no thermostat in the room, just a window unit that has manual on/off with a dial for cooling and heating. You can't set a temperature.
The breakfast was very well stocked and clean.」
「We stayed 3 days and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Accessibility to major spots were excellent and Harris Teeter was within 10 minutes from the hotel. Only complaint can be less availability of kitchen such as sink, pot and microwave machine. But we could survive with ready-to-eat meals. Overall we recommend this hotel.」
「Room 226 and the room beside it have major moisture problems from the indoor pool beneath them. Room 226 has an intense mold smell that is dizzying. The staff were very helpful and kind but management puts them in the position of renting the moldy rooms and dealing with the hotel guests reaction to the inhospitable rooms. They kindly moved me to another room but it also had a strong odor that stayed in my clothes afterwards. I had an allergic reaction to the mold and had to take Benadryl after...
「Perfect weekend stay! The hotel was clean, staff was so helpful, and the rooms were so nice! Perfect location (except for the DJ playing late at Ale House across the street, but that’s no fault of the hotel. They even provide ear plugs and sound machine!) 10/10 stay, would absolutely recommend and def stay here again!」
