Check-in was a nightmare. The lobby was full of people waiting up to 2 hours to check-in because rooms had not been cleaned. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and were cleaned daily.

the foyer area and bathroom floors were sticky. they were not cleaned correctly. The first night stay the room wasn't serviced, we had to ask for towel's, wash clothes and toiletries

Great customer service! The AC unit in the room made a bad rattling sound. I asked at the front desk if someone could come and check it out and within 15-20 minutes someone was up to look at it and he cleaned the filters and all was well. Much appreciated!!
