「Everything was going great until we left to enjoy the area for a couple hours. Cleaning staff, kids yelling and a bunch of clanking going on apparently was stressing my shih-tzus. They did start barking. I was called and told there had been multiple complaints about their barking. This is a pet friendly hotel, and others dogs were barking during our stay. I do believe one guest probably complained a couple times, enough to take your fifth star away. My fun was cut short, and I ended up staying...
