「We went for a 10 year anniversary and nothing was done special to welcome us, even after my husband tried to reach out to the concierge 3 times (over a 2 week span). Instead we were put in a king room that was one of the only ones without a balcony. When we asked for a room with a balcony we were put in a double queen bedroom across from a ballroom where they started making noise at 7:15am. We ended up having to go off the resort most of the time because spa reservations were booked a month out...
「What an incredible place in the mountains right off the blue ridge parkway. The views are unbelievable. The restaraunt and bar were the perfect place to end the night. Even managed to find some vegan options.
Great stop for our motorcycle trip but really anyone in the area has a reason to stay here.」
